AUA provides the latest information regarding AUA’s Annual Business Meeting throughout the year. The agenda will include reports of the President, Secretary, Treasurer, Bylaws Committee and Audit Subcommittee.
Meeting Format & Voting
The American Urological Association and American Urological Education & Research Annual Business Meetings will take place online. A link will be posted on this webpage.
Members may cast their votes for AUA President and Bylaws amendments using this online link posted below. The link is accessible to members with voting rights (Active, Senior, Honorary) using their AUA log in and password. The vote will open at 12:30 p.m. Pacific on September 13, 2021 and close at 12:30 p.m. Pacific on September 14, 2021.

AUA Bylaws Committee
The AUA's Board of Directors and Bylaws Committee approve revisions to the bylaws during the Association year. Members may visit the Bylaws webpage to view the AUA Bylaws Committee Report which includes nine proposed amendments to be voted by the membership.
AUA Membership
The AUA will present membership trends and the necrology report in memory of members who have passed away.

Members without internet access may contact Ms. Waid to request a paper ballot. All requests for paper ballots must be received no later than September 7, 2021. Returned ballots must be postmarked no later than September 14, 2021.
